As an independent celebrant, I create and deliver bespoke ceremonies to honour life’s most meaningful moments, from weddings and vow renewals to baby namings, new beginnings and divorce celebrations.
I also specialise in personalised memorial services, whether held at a crematorium or in a more relaxed setting following a direct cremation. I am happy to work alongside any funeral director you choose, ensuring everything feels seamless and supportive.
Whatever the occasion, every ceremony begins with a conversation. I take the time to understand your story, so the words I write feel truly personal, uplifting, heartfelt and completely right for you and your loved ones.

Imagine a ceremony as unique as your love story, created by a professional celebrant who understands you like a friend.
Someone who gets to know your story, your loved ones, and everything that makes your bond unique. Together, we’ll plan a meaningful ceremony that resonates in your hearts.
Your love story is a tapestry rich with memories, hopes, dreams, and the promise of forever. Let’s honour every thread of that journey, celebrate your past and usher in the dawn of your future together. A day of memories to stay in your heart for a lifetime.
“Planning your perfect wedding ceremony with Leigh is like having a friend by your side.”*
A Celebrant’s role is to listen, understand, and bring your ceremony to life exactly as you want. Your day marks the start of your shared future with grace, love, and a touch of magic.
Your celebration should be filled with vibrant stories, laughter, and boundless love. Blending professionalism, style, and a dash of fun, I’m beside you on your journey to create your perfect day. Here’s to embracing new beginnings, to love, and to creating a ceremony that’s as unique as you are.
A naming ceremony is a beautiful way to celebrate the unique story behind the name, with love and thankfulness. Whether it’s a newborn arrival, welcoming a child to a blended family, or embracing a new identity, this significant life event is more than celebrating a name.
Imagine the joy of sharing your story, in an uplifting ceremony that inspires, with a sense of belonging and connection. A story that acknowledges thought, hope and love, reflecting your values and the bright future ahead.
Naming ceremonies are a time to invite ‘guide parents’, family, and friends, to pledge care, support, and love. This collective promise is a powerful affirmation. It guides and cheers them on, standing by them through thick and thin. A Naming Ceremony is so much more than a celebration of identity. It’s a beginning filled with hope, promise, and endless possibility.

A very big thankyou to Leigh who at very short notice managed to put together a lovely and heartfelt Eulogy to my mother in law. Leigh kept in touch throughout the whole process right up until the evening before to see if we required any changes . Thank you very much Leigh from the whole familyPosted on Katie MairsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Where do I start? Leigh was our celebrant for our wedding in Kent and I couldn’t have wished for a better person to marry us! Leigh is so warm, fun, and very very good at her job. She took the time to get to know both my husband and I, and put together the most personal and meaningful ceremony script - nailed it in 1 go. I would whole heartedly recommend Leigh for any wedding. Not only did she help make the wedding - she is now a friend. Thank you Leigh, life long memories made. 🤍Posted on Adam HarleyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Leigh created a lovely, intimate and personal service for my cousin and her husband. I'd recommend her services to anyone who is looking for a celebrant weddingPosted on Hannah StevensonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We were incredibly fortunate to have Leigh as the celebrant for our son’s naming ceremony, especially given the circumstances. Just a week before the ceremony, our original celebrant had a family emergency, and we found ourselves in need of someone to step in at the last minute. Leigh came to our rescue, and we couldn't have been more grateful. Despite the short notice, Leigh approached our ceremony with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. She worked closely with us on the script we had already written, ensuring that every detail was honored and that the ceremony reflected our vision. Her ability to quickly understand our family’s values and make the ceremony feel deeply personal was truly impressive. Leigh’s presence brought a sense of calm and joy to the day. She effortlessly connected with everyone and created an atmosphere that was both intimate and celebratory. Our family commented on how special and meaningful the ceremony was, thanks to Leigh's beautiful delivery and heartfelt words. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect celebrant, especially in such a challenging situation. Leigh turned what could have been a stressful experience into an unforgettable celebration of love and family. We are so grateful to her for making our son’s naming ceremony such a memorable occasion.Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust. I couldn’t recommend Leigh highly enough, from the 1st moment we met her we all felt at ease. In probably the hardest time in mine and my brothers lives Leigh had the right balance in how to approach us and gave us confidence. She provided us with support, even after our mums service. The service was carried out perfectly and Leigh really captured our Mum’s story with her Eulogy.
Leigh George conducted a bespoke memorial service for a dear friend of mine last October 2022 at Maidstone crematorium. the funeral directors were Albany in Loose Maidstone Kent. I wrote the eulogy myself and everything was as I wished for my dear friend xx thank you Leigh
Leigh was the celebrant at my father-in-law's memorial service in November 2022 at Bluebell Hill Crematorium which was directed by Viners in West Malling.Striking the perfect balance of both professionalism and warmth, Leigh managed to capture his essence perfectly and had our family and friends both laughing with memories and tearily reflecting on cherished moments.
We had several comments at the wake about how she was not your usual dreary celebrant but really brought life to the service.
I would not hesitate to recommend her as I can assure you she will do your family proud.
Thanks Leigh!
